This collection is inspired by the powerful culture of Tanzania. Tanzania boasts a rich cultural diversity, with endless natural beauty seen on wildlife safaris, along with the vibrant community of the nomadic Maasai tribe. The Maasai art of patterns and glass beads merges the uzuri (Swahili for beauty) spirit of this larger-than-life landscape with deep African roots. Tanzania has given us a deeper understanding of what it means to be wild and free, from climbing Kilimanjaro (the largest mountain in Africa) to learning about the botanical beauty and spices that flourish on the island of Zanzibar. Our Collection is a blend of ancient African beauty wisdom, inspired by the ceremonies and rituals of the Maasai culture, and the local artisans and makers of Tanzania.
